Each module is eight weeks of lessons, so a month between them means your child is never waiting — the next one is open long before you have finished the one you are on. Every module is included in your subscription and none of them costs extra. We would rather tell you the shape of it now than have you wondering in month three.

Parent questions, answered simply
Is Empowering Minds therapy?
No. It is an educational and preventive wellbeing curriculum. It does not replace clinical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
Is every lesson the same for every age?
No. The same learning goal is adapted across four age pathways, with different examples, activity lengths and levels of independence.
Can parents use it without psychology training?
Yes. The experience is specifically designed to give parents practical language and simple activities without asking them to become therapists or teachers.
Can schools use the same curriculum?
Yes. Teacher and school experiences build on the same 20-module curriculum, with classroom tools and reporting.
